Shipping Policy
Orders processing: Monday – Saturday. (Orders placed on Sunday would be processed next Monday.)
Shipping cost is based on your order's price, your destination, and shipping method. Usually, the shipping charge is 15-20 USD (according to your address) for each package.
We will get you noticed if there is any question about your order. Please pay attention to your email.
Usually, your items will be shipped via DHL or UPS. (9-12 business days, no more than 2 weeks) If you want a different method, please leave your requirements in the comment or email us.
Please Note:
The total time frame includes the processing time and the shipping time;
Please fill in the street address in detail, otherwise, we would have to use EMS for delivery (slower than others);
You need to be clear about the import duty of your country.

Please Note:
If you want to change the address during the shipping of your orders, you’ll need to pay the extra shipping fee for changing the address.
If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service and change the package delivery to any address, for free; But if you want to change your order information such as shipping address after your item has been shipped, you’ll need to pay $13 for this. ( Evotech has no access to change the order information like shipping address for you, once your item has been shipped, we need to pay the third party logistics service providers to do this.)
It is inevitable to have some unpredictable delay in shipping by accident. Although the shipment can be delayed (due to logistics companies) in rare cases, we will try every effort to make sure that your order will be delivered. Evotech is not responsible for shipping delay. Therefore, Evotech won’t refund shipping or orders, or reissue your order, if your delivery does not arrive as expected (due to logistics companies). If your order may not arrive for a long time, we will help you track the shipment of your order, and submit a claim for lost shipment. If your order proves to be lost by the logistics company eventually, we will help you get the items reissued, or returned for a refund.
DHL:
We can help you check your orders within 1 month after the dispatch date. If your order may not arrive for a long time, you can email us at support@Evotechscientific.com, with the tracking number of your order and the instructions of the missing packages, and we can help resolve the issue. It will cost 2+ business days to wait for DHL’s response. If your order proves to be lost by DHL eventually, we will help you get the items reissued, or returned for a refund.
UPS:
We can help you check your orders within 1 month after the dispatch date. ( Claims won’t be allowed after 1 month. ) You need to fill out a form to give a detailed description. And It will cost 16 business days to wait for UPS’s response. If your order proves to be lost by UPS eventually, we will help you get the items reissued, or returned for a refund.
